"Not great quality, honestly"
I ordered this from onetop.com and, to be fair, the shipping was fine and it looked okay at first glance. But once I actually had it in my hands, it felt cheap. The material was thin, some of the stitching was already coming loose, and it really didn’t look like the photos. I only used it once and it already started falling apart, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Frustrating. No updates at all"
I never got any replies, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. Annoying. I had no idea where my order was or what was going on

"Not a lot to pick from"
Was expecting way more options, honestly. Looked around for a few things and just couldn’t find most of them. Some sections felt empty too. Might be fine if you only need something basic, but left feeling kinda disappointed and didn’t end up buying anything.

"I guess it works, but I’m not fully sold"
I used it and, to be fair, it did get the job done in the end. But it just didn’t feel very reliable while I was using it, which made me a bit uneasy. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but I’m not sure I’d choose to use it again unless I really had to

"Return was genuinely super easy"
I had to send back a jacket because the sizing was definitely not right for me, the return process was about as painless as a return can possibly be. The form was simple, and I got the return label emailed to me the same day, no confusion at all.
The refund took around a week after they received it, which I’m absolutely sure could be a bit quicker, but it wasn’t a big deal. Everything got handled without any hassle or back-and-forth, so 4 stars feels completely fair.

"The site itself was fine, nothing amazing but..."
The site itself was fine, nothing amazing but it worked. The frustrating part was customer support. I had to follow up twice before getting a response, and when they finally replied it felt like one of those polished, vague company messages that doesn’t really answer the question. I’d rather get a plain, honest answer than a bunch of nice-sounding wording.

"I was really disappointed to open my order..."
I was really disappointed to open my order and find completely different items from what I bought. This isn’t the first time either, so it feels a bit misleading at this point. I expected to get what I paid for, not have to deal with the wrong stuff again.

"Feels like a lot of hype for the price"
I expected more for what I paid. onetop.com makes everything sound really polished and impressive, but once I actually used it, the value just wasn’t there for me. It felt overpriced, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that the marketing was doing more work than the service itself. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the prices came down a lot.

"Sooo frustrating on mobile"
I tried using it on my phone and it was kinda rough. The pages take sooo long to load, and the menus feel confusing to figure out. I kept tapping around trying to find what I needed, and it just wasn’t very easy.

"Shipping took forever"
I can’t remember the exact number of days now, but I do remember it feeling way longer than it should have. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I tried to get an update, I didn’t really get a clear answer. Not the best experience
